Due to COVID, French regulations for in-person conferences and access to the country may change according to the evolution of the epidemy. We strongly recommend you to visit the website of the French ministry of Foreign Affairs (COVID-19 information) to have the latest information on this point. At minimum, alcoholic gel will be available and we will ask all participants to have at hand their own face mask in case the regulation would again impose their use in public meetings.  If climate allows it, there will be options to have access to an outdoor for those not comfortable eating and drinking indoors or need to smoke.
