Registration > Student support

A limited number of free registration grants is available to students coming to the 7ISEBE congress. The organizing committee has no available funds to propose any other form of economic help which means that transportation to Marseille, housing as well as food expenses other than those served during the sessions, will be entirely at the charge of the grant laureate.

To be eligible for this grant, students should present a poster or give an oral presentation at the congress.

To apply for the grant, you have to indicate it when you register on the “Abstract submission” menu. Then, on the 3rd page of the abstract submission process, where you can upload files, we request you to upload a motivation letter including a description of Bachelor/Master/PhD work, a justification of the needs for the economic support and a copy of your student ID if it bears dates of validity or any other type of certificate showing that you have a valid student status in 2023.

On the “Guidelines for submission”, menu, you will have access to a tutorial with screen captures where this procedure is explained. We recommend you to print it before starting the overall abstract and motivation letter/proof of student status submission.

Students applying to the grant should NOT proceed to payment of their registration until asked to do so. You will have to register after your abstract has been evaluated.

Students from French Speaking countries are also invited to consult the website of the AUF (Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie) in their region and the possible financial supports offered by this organisation to facilitate the participation of nationals from their country in scientific events abroad.
